Independent housing for people with disabilities promote diversity and inclusion in communities/neighborhoods, breaking down walls and prejudices, changing the dynamics of social interaction and stimulating interaction and learning between the different forms and possibilities of local life. Everyone wins.

In addition to donations from individuals and companies, we count on the sale of products and the support of companies aligned with our values, academia and various entities.

For institutions, we offer advice on setting up independent housing projects, including:

Governance model for raising funds via the issuance of debentures in accordance with CVM Instruction 588.
Set of legal contracts that enable the operation of an independent housing model (condominium statute, model rent contract based on supported decision in accordance with Law 13.146).
Methodology for the Individualized Support Program based on the instruments of the Ability Housing Association, adapted to the Brazilian reality.
Training of professionals.
Services for the development of autonomy of young adults with intellectual disabilities with the aim of “living alone”.
