Ethic

The JNG Institute Compliance Program, approved by the Ethics Council, is composed of four integrated and complementary advisors, which are based on international principles and standards(?). The Program is based on pillars that aim to prevent, detect and correct inappropriate practices in the institution’s operational and business activities.

The culture of internal controls and compliance, ethical principles and good corporate governance practices are the basis for sustaining these pillars. The Program aims at efficiency and value creation, resulting from actions such as:

  • Foster the practice of ethics and transparency, contributing to the prevention of conflicts of interest and the fight against acts of corruption and fraud;
  • Define rules of conduct expected from JNG Collaborators and Third Parties with whom they relate in order to prevent, detect and mitigate inappropriate, illegal and/or unethical practices; It is
  • Structure guidelines and objective parameters for analyzing concrete situations of violation of the rules of conduct and adopting appropriate measures, including penalties, when applicable.
