Flávia Poppe
President and Founder
Social entrepreneur, co-founder and director of Instituto JNG. An economist with a master's degree in Social Planning, she specializes in health services. She has 30 years of experience in the areas of social policy, especially public health. She has worked in the private sector, government programs and international organizations. She is the mother of Camilo and Nicolas, the "N" of the JNG Institute.

Business Administrator, post-graduated in Finance from Ibmec and in Historical and Cultural Heritage Management from UFMG.

Technical Consultant
Speech Therapist, Master and PhD in Special Education, Post-Doctorate in Alternative Communication, Professor at the Department of Inclusive and Continuing Education and at the Graduate Program in Education at the State University of Rio de Janeiro.

She has 25 years of experience in planning and managing communication for companies of different sizes and areas of activity. Area of expertise: crisis management, content production, press relations, internal communication, community relations, institutional relations.

Graduated in Economics, has experience in research in the area of socioeconomic development, poverty and social inequality.
The JNG Institute's team of experts is multidisciplinary, made up of professionals with complementary experiences in inclusive education, development and inclusion of people with disabilities, mediation and supported employment.
Juliana Barica Righini
JNG Specialist in Housing for Independent Living and coordinator of the Journey on Housing and Independent Adult Life
A social worker, she is a consultant for the development of people with disabilities and a consultant for companies, social organizations and inclusive housing. As a mediator, she accompanies young people with intellectual disabilities and self-advocacy groups. Co-founder of ELO Mediação Assistiva.
Daniela Karmeli
Member of the JNG Technical Council and JNG specialist in Housing for Independent Living
It focuses on welcoming and interacting with the families of residents and potential candidates. Psychologist with a postgraduate degree in Management of Civil Society Organizations. Specialist in inclusion, consultant in project management, professional training and assistance to families.
Livia Rech Castro
Senior Support Agent in Campinas, SP
She is the first professional in the “Meu Support JNG” program, the Personalized Support service at home for adults with disabilities and/or autism. Psychologist, Master in Supported Employment, she has been working in the areas of Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion for 10 years.
